This will have to continue later

After more than 2 months of disciplined eating and watching every food morsel I eat, and wondering why I have not been able to lose weight despite all that, the reasons are now clear and therefore, this blog will just have to be updated once this episode of my life ends with a new addition to the family (I pray). Life is indeed a roller-coaster, you just have to ride it....

Potential rewards after 4kg more?

More of this?

Or this?
OR

The food intake 17 November

Upon waking up

  1. A hot glass of water with lemon
Before heading off to work

  1. A tall glass of freshly squeezed orange juice - no sugar added
Breakfast

  1. SF Americano with sugar
  2. Wholemeal toast
  3. Coddled egg with a bit of sale

Lunch

  1. Garlic kailan
  2. Water

Snack at 4:45pm

  1. Peanut brittle with sugar coating
  2. Green peas

Dinner

  1. Vegetable soup
  2. A piece of chicken rendang
  3. Pieces of choc chip muffin from kids (very small, I might add!)
  4. One rectangle choc covered biscuit
  5. Almost one equivalent pear

And I am craving for a cuppa!

The discipline for tomorrow

  1. What my parents have is potentially hereditary. As it is I inherited asthma from my father.
  2. Reduce eggs intake!
  3. Less sugar (it is that simple)
  4. Stick to green apples, oranges, dragon fruit and star fruit.

My will is waning......I must come back!

Managing my wants

I have lost 8kg since August. From my heaviest point even though from the point I joined the slimming spa I have lost only 4kg.

Today, I ate right except for the 4 pieces of peanut brittle coated with sugar and a chocolate covered biscuit from Marks and Spencer.

My craving for sweets is my weakness! I need new inspiration to continue!
