R2 Day 3 VLCD

Morning weight 71.6kg

Loss of 600gms, Alhamdulillah.

I should lose considering dinner yesterday was an apple and grissini.

And the usual dose of ACV.

And small bites of chicken eaten with Harith.

Perhaps the right word is shreds of chicken.

So many open houses this weekend, sigh!
