Maintenance Day 4

MrM : 83kg
Me. : 73kg

I was rather surprised with the weight loss of 300gms considering No 1 in a couple of days my period is due and I did eat two huge chicken breasts of Nando's yesterday that by the second one I felt like throwing up.

Must be the ACV.

It's the ACV as well as your stomach already being trained to eat less. Sebab tu macam nak throw up...

Dilaaaaa. aku nak nanes baca blog ko ni tau!! ko cheat giler giler pun naik sikit and sometime still turun ... kalau aku jgn harap laa. naik 500gm ada la huaaaa:((

Dil, maintenance is where you stabilize and set where you want to be, if you want to be heavier for cases yg nak lose sikit tapi terlebih turun...then eat more, but if macam kita yang can go lower, if we keep to about 1500cal high protein n veg the weight can be a kg lower by the time you are done with maintenance... This is resetting our base time that's why can't intro carbo n sugar too soon since we already take oil...

Good for you, the tummy is shrinking..hehe.

Dil, i was referring to ur older entries where u cheated. My loss has not been as consistent as yours or pyl. I stalled a lot although been perfect on protocol and if i cheat the slightest bit the scale will definitely go up
