Weight Loss Tracker Day 10

MrM is 84.8kg loss of 300gms

He is 1.8kg to his target weight of 83kg. At 6 foot tall, he does not think that he should be any less than that.

Me? I dunno lah. Despite following this diet religiously, I only lost 100gms?
75.4kg. Ni yang discouraging ni. Sebab tak minum air ke? Is it because of the beef celery soup I had last night? Dah measure betul dah.....

I know Dila... bila aku tengok aku punya weight loss disappointing aku rasa nak baham je nasi lemak tu. But, no point la. We've committed ourselves. Sabtu ni Nisfu Sya'aban. Aku and Arlin planning to puasa on that day. And like you said, maybe do an apple day as well.

Dila, i think no need do apple day yet unless weight tak gerak for 3 days. This diet works in step fashion so u shud expect few days of no or slow loss then turun more. For me, I noticed I tend to slow if makan beef so I usually take more udang fish n chicken rather than beef.

Yes you should drink min 8 glasses of water and get enough sleep.. And the herbal tea for morning trip..
